VillageShoes.com ships via United Parcel Service and Fedex service to any United States address to which the UPS and Fedex service delivers (no Post Office boxes) free of charge. Air delivery is also available but for an extra charge. Keep in mind there is no transit time for UPS or Fedex during weekends and holidays.
Our automated Yahoo-store system will acknowledge your order via e-mail upon receipt. We will make every effort to ship your order within one to three business days from our stock. While we stock a significant inventory to support both our retail store and our Internet customers, occasionally stock conditions require us to Special Order a size or color to fulfill your order. We therefore request that you allow approximately three weeks for delivery of your orders. In most cases, this will not be necessary, but we do appreciate your patience. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We use Fedex International to ship to selected countries overseas. Shipping charges are $25 for Canada and $35 for all other countries for the first pair and $10 for each additional pair. For Puerto Rico and Guam, we use USPS Priority Mail and charge $15 for the first pair and $10 for each additional pair. These freight charges do not include any customs brokerage fees. Keep in mind that there will be extra duties and tariffs imposed and collected by your country for all international orders. Please check with your specific country's customs for import restrictions and costs before you place your order. By placing your order with VillageShoes.com, you agree to pay all customs duties and VAT imposed by your respective country. Because we are a commercial vendor, we are unable to declare any item as gift.
Before placing your order with us, please be advised that international returns are expensive. In addition, VillageShoes.com can refund you only for the merchandise returned. We cannot refund your tax, duty, and Customs fees that were paid at the time of delivery. To obtain a refund of these fees, please contact your local Customs office.

NOTE: FREE FEDEX & UPS GROUND SHIPPING ANYWHERE in the lower 48 States. We only collect a 8.875% SALES TAX in New York State for items over $110. Because we sell to both our retail and internet store, our inventory is not in REAL TIME. Due to high turnover of some styles and sizes, we may sell out of your size in a shoe during the day. Instead, our inventory is updated throughout the day. We will email you as quickly as possible if an item is out of stock or needs to be backordered.
