VillageShoes.com ships via United Parcel Service and Fedex service to any United States address to which the UPS and Fedex service delivers (no Post Office boxes) free of charge. Air delivery is also available but for an extra charge. Keep in mind there is no transit time for UPS or Fedex during weekends and holidays.

Our automated Yahoo-store system will acknowledge your order via e-mail upon receipt. We will make every effort to ship your order within one to three business days from our stock. While we stock a significant inventory to support both our retail store and our Internet customers, occasionally stock conditions require us to Special Order a size or color to fulfill your order. We therefore request that you allow approximately three weeks for delivery of your orders. In most cases, this will not be necessary, but we do appreciate your patience. Below is a map indicating approximate transit time for the UPS Ground Service in the Continental US.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We use Fedex International to ship to selected countries overseas. Shipping charges are $15 for Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam and $35 for all other countries for the first pair and $10 for each additional pair. This does include the customs brokerage fees. Keep in mind that there will be extra duties and tariffs imposed and collected by your country for all international orders. Please check with your specific country's customs for import restrictions and costs before you place your order.



NOTE: FREE FEDEX & UPS GROUND SHIPPING ANYWHERE in the lower 48 States. NO SALES TAX. We pay all applicable sales tax for you. Because we sell to both our retail and internet store, our inventory is not in REAL TIME. Due to high turnover of some styles and sizes, we may sell out of your size in a shoe during the day. Instead, our inventory is updated throughout the day. We will email you as quickly as possible if an item is out of stock are needs to be backordered.
