Return Policy

Our policies are designed to be fair to our customers and meet their need to assure their comfort. VillageShoes.com will accept returns of unworn, re-saleable merchandise for a full refund, within thirty (30) days of the original shipping date to you.

Please note: All returns must be pre-authorized! An authorization code may be gotten by e-mail to returns@villageshoes.com, or by telephone to 1-212-777-3848. Merchandise returns without pre-authorization may be refused, discarded or improperly credited. Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at your option.

Return freight must be prepaid. All merchandise must be in the original packaging materials. No return freight charges are refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part. However, you may find it more convenient to return it to our store location in Greenich Village, New York.

NOTE: FREE FEDEX & UPS GROUND SHIPPING ANYWHERE in the lower 48 States. NO SALES TAX. We pay all applicable sales tax for you. Because we sell to both our retail and internet store, our inventory is not in REAL TIME. Due to high turnover of some styles and sizes, we may sell out of your size in a shoe during the day. Instead, our inventory is updated throughout the day. We will email you as quickly as possible if an item is out of stock are needs to be backordered. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Shipping charges for Fedex International DOES NOT include any Customs duties, VAT or custom broker clearance fees that your respective country will collect.
