Our policies are designed to be fair to our customers and meet their needs to assure their comfort. VillageShoes.com will accept returns of unworn, re-saleable merchandise for a full refund, within thirty (30) days of the original shipping date to you.
Please note: We do not require pre-authorization for returns. Please include a copy of your packing list to ensure that your account is properly credited. If you would like to make an exchange just indicate your preference on the packing list. Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order rather than request an exchange during the return process. Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at your option. All defects will be inspected and repaired at the store’s expense. If the merchandise is not repairable, it will be replaced.
Return freight must be prepaid. All merchandise must be in the original packaging materials. No return freight charges are refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part. However, you may find it more convenient to return it to our store location in Greenwich Village, New York.

NOTE: FREE FEDEX & UPS GROUND SHIPPING ANYWHERE in the lower 48 States. We only collect a 8.875% SALES TAX in New York State for items over $110. Because we sell to both our retail and internet store, our inventory is not in REAL TIME. Due to high turnover of some styles and sizes, we may sell out of your size in a shoe during the day. Instead, our inventory is updated throughout the day. We will email you as quickly as possible if an item is out of stock or needs to be backordered. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Shipping charges for Fedex International and USPS EMS DOES NOT include any Customs duties, VAT or custom broker clearance fees that your respective country will collect. Blundstone products are excluded from Canadian sales. Red Wing are excluded from all International sales.
